Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and we want to make our cancellation policy as supportive and straightforward as possible. Payment for the 12-week Spanish program is required in full at the time of registration. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the program start date are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees. Cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date, up until the day before the program begins, are eligible for a 50% refund, less any non-refundable processing fees. Once the program has begun, refunds are not available, though you are welcome to transfer your spot to another person. If you need to reschedule your participation to a future program, please provide at least one week’s notice. We also recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise, and special circumstances will be considered with care on a case-by-case basis. To help maintain consistency and connection within the group, participants who miss more than three classes may be asked to step away from the program without a refund.
